Ever get to the grocery store and stand around wondering what foods you should buy and trust? Are there some produce items you should avoid at all costs if you can’t get organic? Is it okay to substitute non-organic if you can’t find what you’re looking for? What about GMO’s – what brands should you trust?
I’ve had that experience more than once. So I set out to find some handy sites I can research, and apps I can take with me anywhere I go. Here’s what I found. Have anything to add?
Non-GMO Shopping Guide
The Non-GMO Shopping Guide currently features over 150 brands that have currently enrolled in the Non-GMO project. They offer a pocket sized guide for you to bring to the store and help you identify brands that are safe from GMOs. Or grab the ShopNoGMO App instead and have your guide with you wherever you go.
